I'll bite:

How many nights per month are you in a hotel?
12-20

What is your preferred hotel chain and why?
Hyatt is Preferred, then Hilton. Point redemption with Hyatt is fantastic, I stretched less than 200k points to 32 free nights over the last couple years, included 6 nights at the Grand Hyatt Kauai for our honeymoon. Hilton point redemption is meh, but there are so many locations it's nice to have an inventory of points.

How many flights a year do you average?
45-50 round trips or 100-140 actual flights. Reached Delta Diamond on segments in 2013...uggh

What is your preferred airline and why?
Currently American (home base in Charlotte). Was exclusive Delta for 2+ years, and I wish I could go back.

Do you get to keep your hotel/airline points?
Yes.

How many miles per month are you driving?
Only to-from the airport (less than 20/wk)

Do you have a "territory," and if so, what is it?
No

How does your company reimburse mileage?
Only if you drive to the Client site.

Do you receive a car allowance, and if so, how much is it?
No

Do you receive per diem, if so how much per night?
$70

How are travel expenses paid (reimbursed from your card or company card)?
All travel/living (except flights) are put on personal card and remibursed. Flights are paid through corporate account.

What industry are you in?
Management Consulting

What advice would you give someone who is about to be a frequent work traveler?
Get TSA Pre/Global Pass.
Try to maximize your point accruals as best you can by staying with the same brand.
Get a good set of noise cancelling headphones for flights.
Make an effort to eat healthy and be active at least 1-2 days while on the road.
