If you are really curious, just rape someone and turn yourself in. Get thrown in jail and start doing some asking around.

Dang that would be one easy scam in a college town, all you do is have an automated answering machine saying that its the county jail or whatever. Ask the caller to allow a $5 call and then just be bogus. Big football weekend you'd be able to make $20,000 in no time.
