I don't think it's dallis grass. OP, pull up a couple pieces roots included and post a pic.

The identification between dallisgrass and crabgrass is kind of irrelevant for the OP. Your best bet is to dig it up and throw it in the trash can. Fill the holes with a decent soil and watch for any sprigs to return.
