I'd suggest playing around with formations.
I ran a 4-1-3-2 almost religiously the previous few years, but couldn't score shite with two strikers in 2017.
I've settled on a 4-4-1-1 with a bigger ST up top for hold up play (Dolberg is a good one). That's helped me a lot.

I have the best luck running the 4-4-1-1 or the 4-2-3-1 playing possession football. Work the ball around enough lanes will open and you should be able to get atleast a goal or two a game from point blank looks

I'll have to try something.
I have been rocking the 4-2-3-1 forever. Might have to test out some formations. Maybe I'll try to become Conte and get murdered in a 3 back system.
