All TV screens are made by one of 5 companies. As was said TCL, Hisense, and Changhong are all basically the same company. They are 1 of the 5 who makes their own screens, and are the #1 brand in China.

I have a hisense 55 4k, the only problem is that the refresh rate is a little slow and when watching espn the scrolling bottom line will lag a little, but it's not bad...it's a pretty good tv for the price. it was a wal mart $350 door buster at christmas time last year. I'd buy another one if I could get my hands on one.
