re: where does Garth Brooks rank on your all time country list

I used to like Garth Brooks. He was one of the first country artists I got into as a kid. He was really one of the first artists I got into ever. Wish he would allow his music to be streamed. I liked some of the earlier music. Now I realize he kind of helped open the floodgates for shitty bro country.

Edit: I know it is Wikipedia, but I did not know this

Yeah, he was so crazy huge in the early 90's. It just blew up...No Fences.

We were into country back then, still prefer Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Hank. More a fan of the sound of Luckenbach, Texas to this day than Garth who I haven't listened to since I was a kid.

But back then we listened to Garth non-stop.
