yet 30% of the MLB is dominican / Hispanic with no travel teams
A. They have travel ball teams from Latin America in Utrip
B. They have baseball academies backed by MLB teams starting at a young age. Every single team has an academy in the Dominican.
How good do you think you would be if all you did was play one sport? No education, just took ground balls all day.

I coach a 9U team that plays both league ball and we play in a few tournaments. My son is now saying he doesn't want to play football anymore, so now I'm considering letting him play some fall tournaments.
Our league has tournament teams from all over the local area that comes to play in our league because of how competitive it actually is. Our best travel teams from where I live, actually put an arse whipping on the traction 8U teams last year. And those kids pay big money to play at traction. Now Ryan's sons 10U team is something serious. Dey good
Point is.. Talent is talent.. It doesn't matter how much you pay. I had an opportunity to put my kid on a 1500 dollar a year team.. But I refused to.
