Hottest, as in growing fastest; which is great. It is always on the up-and-coming lists because the food scene used to consist of Chili's, Applebee's and Jim & Nick's. It was hard to eat out here until 5 or so years ago. I am happy that there are more options popping up now. Things are definitely trending in the right direction.
