a glass of apple cider vinegar definitely clears the sinuses. But it's only good for a few hours.

Started supplementing fish oils and omegas about a year ago. Overall better health feeling. More energy, recovery, and I catch a lot of random hard ons throughout the day again so must provide a lot better blood circulation.

Rosemary and peppermint essential oils for headaches. I sometimes get bad headaches preceeding a weatherfront that otc meds will not help. Smelling the essential oils helps.

I have always liked the idea of home remedies and have tried quite a few. I hate to rain on the parade but I have never seen any real benefit that I could be sure was actually a result of the remedy Itself.

Amole

It's a hunger remedy in the sense that you crush the leaves up a bit and throw it next to fish and they go numb and you just pic them right out the water.

I have no idea if it does everything the manufacturers claim it does, but taking chlorella daily cleared up some stomach issues, gives me more overall energy and I feel altogether better. Also lost a little weight, not sure if directly because of the supplement, or because of having more energy and being more active.

Black elderberry does seem to shorten colds & the flu, or stave them off if you take it proactively. Easy to buy as pre-prepared syrup in brands like Sambucol or Sambucus... though you can also buy the berries in bulk and make your own syrup to save money.

Stuffed up nose? Hit a small bump of cocaine and your nose will clear right up and you'll be good to snort lines all night until your nose starts bleeding!

Anytime I start feeling sick/scratchy throat, I take a ton of Vitamin C and it goes away quickly. Could be multiple Vitamin Waters in a day or EmergenC powder in a glass of OJ. I haven't been to the doctor in 15 years. I work in a hospital and I'm around sick people the majority of the day. shite works.
