It's Barbara Norton. She isn't qualified to run a lemonade stand, let alone create and/or vote on legislation. A quick Google search will reveal ample evidence of her stupidity

I wish I was black so bumbling retards would vote for me just because of my skin color. Oh wait. No, I don't. I enjoy my white privilege too much.

But I would do what that white TX man did when he ran for a Community College board position who had "black" name and he put a picture of another black man on his voting mailers and he won.
