Be careful with apartments. The city is really cracking down on them. Twice we stayed at a parisbestlodge.com apt. and had great experiences. We were in Paris for a week in April and couldn't even get in contact with PBL. We ended up staying at the Westin Hotel which was great.

I just left Paris and stayed in Airbnb locations the whole time. Found that it was a great way to be a part of the city. Not sure if they have places for 4 people, but would definitely look into it as an option!
