Caracas, Venezuela. Got pick pocketed downtown. Lost passport, license, cash. Went to embassy to get another passport. Was told I needed a picture ID to prove I was who I said I was. Fortunately, in my briefcase, I found my PADI divers license that had my picture on it. Got shook down at the airport because I didn't have an entry stamp in my new passport. frick that place.
