Texas is like 50% white non Hispanic. I'd venture to say Idaho, like most northern states is in the 80% and up in whites non Hispanic.

Funny how the people that don't live with minorities claim the ones that do, are racist.

this is a kid. So the town/community full of northern whites didn't do a damn thing about it when it's been reported he had behavioral issues and bullied other children.

Shouldn't throw stones at a glass house. Seems to me, they were breeding this culture.
