We do not need anyone capable of such acts in the world with the possibility of reproducing, so, if this is indeed true, as much as I hate to waste the money keeping them alive, they should spend the rest of their lives in prison. Preferably a prison that is inhabited mainly by big strong African American criminals.

Over their cell doors, there should be a permanent sign spelling out the fact that they performed such acts on the victim as well as

I doubt their life sentence would last very long.
