Go to New Orleans, walk around the city, enjoy the music, go get beignets. Instead of doing a gimmick on the second date do something that will help you talk and get to know each other that will have enough stimuli to keep it fun and enjoyable. Plus, being out will show a side of her you might not have seen on a typical dinner date.

Also, know your favorite spots before you go. Don't be the guy that takes a date in New Orleans and doesn't know of anything cool to do. Stopping at Pat O's/Carousel Bar is solid.
