ATT is awful, especially when it comes to those "up to" speeds. I'm paying for "up to 75 Mbps" but I hover around 20-25 usually. Not only that, but it drops constantly.

We lived in a three story townhome and we were told that we would get the best signal if the router was on the third floor. We couldn't stream netflix on my TV from the 2nd floor.....

All depends on how close you are to their repeater box. I'm about 2 blocks away and my speeds are always BETTER than their "up to" speeds. I also use my own router and just leave there's on as a "pass through".
