Everything you just said is completely idiotic. "engrish" ?? "wrote a novel"?? Do you not understand what reposts means?? Well you certainly don't know what the hell redesign means?? lol

And so because the superdome has a good, solid structure. That's reason to keep it?? Okay. What an idiot! They finished 2nd twice because of the venue, idiot, not the dome. New Orleans has always been a popular tourist destination without the dome. But argue on tard.

and Benson's surge in wealth had nothing to do with the success of the Saints after Katrina, right?? Just the NFL according to you. And I'm the idiot, dumb arse.

You have incredible reading comprehension

I'm waiting for a reason that a new stadium is needed instead of improving and maintaining the dome.

That was exactly my point

More solid reading comprehension.

There isn't a single NFL franchise that would be sold for less than $1 billion right now.

Of course having a successful team helped him obtain more wealth. That wasn't the point:. Owning an NFL team is generational wealth regardless of how good your franchise is at football.

Ticket revenue in the NFL is shared. The TV contracts is where the majority of the NFL money comes from. I'm sure the success of the Saints was the reason for a $27 billion contract in 2011 or DirecTV paying $12 billion last year for Sunday Ticket.

2016 NFL revenue is estimated at $18 billion. 2014-15 revenue was $13 billion up 16% from 13-14. In 2005, it was $6.16 billion and in 2000, it was $3.94 billion. That's the reason all NFL owners are filthy rich. Packers, in 2015, received $226.4m in revenue sharing alone.

So the Superdome hasn't been redesigned recently? They didn't change the seating layouts, expand the plaza concourses, move the press box and now add the largest indoor video boards?

There's been close to $700m put into the Dome and several more in the surrounding areas. That should easily make the Dome viable through the current contract in 2025, along with other renovations that will likely happen.

You still haven't actually made an argument or explained why a new stadium is NEEDED

What amenities are we missing that are NEEDED at the cost of $1+ billion?

Furthermore, you claimed that Benson is going to demand this new stadium. Why would Benson do that with the current deal he has with the state, the $25m he put into the Dome and arena this year, and his investment into Champions Square and Benson Tower?
