That's the thing about white liberals.
They don't care that most native Americans are not offended.
They just think that they should be and are therefore offended for them.
Typical of the paternalistic nature of much of their thought processes.

I've been trying to tell people this for a long time. Getting offended on behalf of someone else is degrading and insulting to them. The liberal outrage and white knighting for others is so hypocritical.

It is one of the most condescending things I can imagine. Every time something like this comes up you have people talking as if the supposedly offended group is too stupid to know better. That type of thought process is 100x more insulting than the phrase or term that is usually being discussed.
