Do they have a container for cash, that has candy in it, with a little note about their cause?
thankfully, people where i live got tired of those assholes, every fricking day begging, so they made it where it has to be an actual cause for you to stand out there. So now, it's 4 times a year you see some one, compared to 300 days when those assholes were out there.
I wondered why they wouldn't be in their hood, asking for help, especially since Whitey is keeping them down.
