I did. No help.
I'm thinking this is a configuration issue. They were asking for my IP, WAN, DHCP, etc. stuff I'm not to familiar with.
Thought I would just plug it in (the router) and it would work.

Router should have info in box that tells you default IP it will have, as well as admin password for configuring it. You will need to plug your laptop into the router to configure it. Once attached to router you may have to reboot laptop to pull IP from router (or ipconfig /release, then /renew)...doesn't seem like it should be overly complicated.
