There's too many to name, but I think one that makes me cringe every time is when a character is trying to steal a car and guess what? The keys are always conveniently in the overhead visor. GTFO of here with that crap. Has anybody in the history of automobile ownership ever kept their keys there???

Also, there's lots of recycled sound effects that have been in movies for 30-40 years. For example, I present to you The Wilhelm Scream that is in every fricking movie ever. Fast forward to 36 second mark for its feature in Star Wars and Indiana Jones which are the movies that made me notice it. There's lots of other sounds too, like fart noises, that are reused a lot. Like can they seriously not afford to record another decent scream?

Why don't they start in horror movies? That commercial re: the running car cracks me up.

Anytime someone is shown playing video games they always use Atari sound effects, usually Pac Man.

Dude, the Wilhelm Scream is great and is basically Hollywood's longest running gag. I love when I'm watching a movie I've never seen and I notice it.
