no. But Tiki tubing is using this stretch of the river for their own profit. I think they hold some responsibility and would like to see them shut down.

I have never been. I think people should be responsible enough not to throw their trash out no matter where they are. If the residents have problems the sheriff should police the river more and get the litter bugs. We don't hold McDonalds responsible for trash on our highways...its the litterers that are responsible.

And landings aren't using the waterway/lake to turn a profit with landing fees and selling of goods?
What about beach front condos (privatizing beaches) when a renter drowns in the surf? Should the condo and apparently beach owner be responsible?
