Is the river tiki's property? How is this any different than a bus transporting a drunk to a bar, the drunk drinks himself under the table, he goes off and dies in an alley from stumbling and hitting his head on a dumpster? You going to sue the bus?

You would sue the bar.

I don't have a dog in this fight. I used to tube the Tangi in high school and we would get silly out there. I would think the parish would have a solid case against Tiki Tubing given the death statistics. Considering the deaths were all related to that business. Even with the people signing the waiver the parish could have grounds to shut the business down.

not technically but they are ferrying and allowing people to park on their property while they're floating down the river.
I can't believe people still frequent this place .
