What was your time and temp in oven.

I did my first reverse sear last weekend. 200 for like 40min then sear 1min on each side

I did 250 for 30. Each side for 30 secs with butter and minced garlic. Sometimes I do a clove of garlic and get em soft. I like garlic though.

The Mrs. won't eat my bbq steaks anymore . She likes it well done so I leave her's until it starts getting black on the edges.
