I wouldn't make it obvious, but I'd tell the bartender to give him a shot of Patron (chilled) on me. I'd pay and walk out before he could acknowledge it.

First of all, no one asked or was discussing what one would do if they saw him in a bar somewhere.
Secondly, for some reason the fact that you added (chilled) just makes you seem like an insufferable douche.
