Literally impossible. But, to play your game, Ft Lewis is literally almost inside the Seattle city limits, with a mechanized division, an SF Group, a Ranger Battalion, and miscellaneous other troops. So, about 15 minutes.

Yes, no probable. Let's also assume Ft. Lewis was taken out during the invasion. Bad example to have a base within limits, but didn't want to go the whole Colorado route as getting Russian troops to the center of our country undetected is more farfetched.

Russia wipes out Seattle defenses. Local Law Enforcement. National Guard. Ft. Lewis.

You're using the word literally incorrectly. Virtually is more appropriate.

Anyways Fort Lewis is more like 45 minutes out of Seattle but still wouldn't be much of an issue to mobilize units.

Seattle is a huge Navy port also, so if they missed an invasion, we're fricked anyway
