I'm a night owl, and that's when I usually work out. In fact, I finished up a little while ago and now headed off to sleep to about noon when my day will start. Morning all.

I use to work out in the AM. I loved it when I went. It would be between 4:30-5:30 most days. It just gave a jump start to my entire day. Most people at work would be trying to wake up and I would be full of energy. Then it freed up my afternoons after work to do other things. Of course my AM workouts ended when my wife decided she wanted to work out with me. No way in hell was she getting up that early.
