One? fricker has had at the very least 6 of these "unfortunate" incidents, which all happened to be 100% within his own control.

20 Years for him is too harsh, 10 without parole is plenty unless some of his previous incidents caused injuries to others. If so, frick him.

I'd also push the DA to go after whoever the heck is letting him drive their vehicles. You should not be able to own or drive a vehicle within 5 or 10 years of getting your 3rd DUI. If you own a vehicle without a DL, you are going to drive it. SO you shouldn't be able to register one in your name. If you let someone else drive your car without a DL it should be against some form of law. Someone was letting him drive their vehicles a lot.
