Funny, same here except I didn't get the courteous email to set up a phone interview. A job I applied for yesterday actually, but had applied for other similar positions in the company a few weeks ago. About 11:00 this morning I get a call from a St. Louis, MO number and we talked for about 20 mins and had the normal, "tell me about a time when...." And "how much would you require in salary for this position" Questions, then proceeded to schedule me for an in person interview in 2 weeks(out of state job so we had to schedule a day in which I could request the vacation day off from my current employer).

At least they told you that.
My HR guy told me they usually sit down with the hiring managers on Thursdays and I won't hear back from them until next Friday after he sits down with management, which may be bullshite. I don't know.
But if I got a 2nd interview, it would be in Nashville. Apparently, it's a whole day process. They make you take a test and then you got to go through the formal interviews.
At least they told you that.
