Won't be an issue
It's ideal to stick to the same in theory but I haven't ever seen any real difference with oil primers and latex coating honestly.
Don't go with a latex primer and oil based paint though.
(Not a painter, but worked in the distribution side of coatings)

Its what I have available without going back to the store. Knew I had primer when I bought paint but didn't look at what type of primer.
