Its pretty much an album full of ballads. I just read an interview that said Yorke and co. were trying to make almost a lullaby album to listen to while preparing for bed

it fricking sounds like it. I love radiohead but this is a bunch of bullshite and I think a lot of people are afraid to have an honest opinion of radiohead because they're radiohead.

I don't mind "slow", but yeah, maybe an album full of that is a bit much. And I don't think everything has to be guitar, but their albums are starting to morph into Yorke solo albums, sound wise. I feel like I'm trying to convince myself to like these last two, and I probably should stop.

I can believe that. I tried my first listen through last night, in bed, with headphones. I made it to the beginning of The Numbers and had to turn it off because I was slipping in and out of consciousness
