More of a gaffe than over the top inappropriate but here goes.
Chick thought she was responding to her husband's text message asking where she was. She took a full nude picture in front of the mirror and captioned it; "I am about to get in the tanning bed, a-hole." She sent it to her facebook instead.
Girl I was with saw it pop up and let her know her mistake rather quickly.

A girl on my FB took a nude photo of herself in the tanning booth. I think she meant to send it to someone and accidently posted it on her newsfeed. It was early in the morning. One of my friends that works nights sent me a message as soon as I woke up. He said he asked her if she meant to post that. She immediately took it down and deleted her account for a while. I asked him did you screenshot before messaging her? He then replied with the nude photo.
