Time to test the rock buffs out there. Mine is Can't You Hear Me Knocking.

What day of the week is it so I can tell you my daily favorite? I couldn't possibly pick one as the absolute best.

Sympathy for the Devil off " Get Yer Ya Ya's out". No contest.

One of my favorites is "Down Home Girl." LINK
For most bands, the drummer is the "conductor" per se, but with the Stones, it's always been Keith, so you'll hear an occasional stutter from Charlie as he tries to figure out what the hell Keith is doing so he can keep time, and this is a great example. Great lick by Keith, stutter step by Charlie, then a dirty song.

Always been a fan of Bitch. Of course, Can't You Hear Me Knocking is awesome too.

I don't know if I can pick a favorite:
Midnight Rambler
Jumpin Jack Flash
Rocks Off
Monkey Man
The Last Time
Let it Bleed
Satisfaction
Gimme Shelter
All Down the Line
Also, honorable mention to Mick Taylor for his riff in "Bitch"

Hard to beat. That song is bookended by the great Stones' guitarists - Keith at the beginning with the basic, blues derived riff, and Mick Taylor keeping it going at the end when everyone wanted to quit - (pardon the pun) rolling into an extended jam session to rival the Dead or the ABB. Musical moments like that can't happen anymore because of the industrialization/homogenization of music, the relative lack of virtuosity, and the fact they just don't make music in that fashion any longer.
But, it's great to look/listen back on those times. What a glorious time to have been a rock and roll fan.

Unquestionably "Satisfaction." The riff that created the song that created modern rock music.
That's right. Whatever bands you're into might not exist if it weren't for the handful of notes that drove "Satisfaction."
I realize a lot of you weren't around in 1965, so it's understandable that later KR riffs are more recognizable to you and have more prominence in your ears.
But "Satisfaction" is the granddaddy of them all. If you like any type of kick arse rock today, you can thank Richards for making it possible.
