I would take Ingram over simmons
Simmons is too raw and needs a ton of work
I don't know if he will ever develop a shot
Is not good enough defensively to play in the paint in NBA, has no shot blocking skills
Will not be much of a post presence
He will get paid though and that's all that really matters

Watching the playoffs makes one realize how truly far he is from where he needs to be offensively.
I realize his skill set is unique, but these guys make highly contested 20 footers with regularity. At this point, he isn't/wasn't making any jumpshots with regularity. I will always root for him, but I'm not terribly optimistic about his future.
I hope I am wrong.
