I would say I was a solid 9 in high school (homecoming king). I'm probably a 6 now if I'm being honest with myself, as I've gained 25-30 pounds 10 years later. Luckily, women have never been a problem for me, the difference being in high school it took zero effort on my part.

My pop was voted best physique in HS. Guess this used to be a thing in the 50's. I had no idea how i looked, but looking back probably a 7.5
