Even if you identify as gender whatever, the form doesn't ask that. It's asking for sex, not gender. Your sex is what your chromosomes are made up of. Even if you saw your dick off, your chromosomes don't change. Even if you swallow a mountain of estrogen or testosterone, your chromosomes don't change.

Even if I was a liberal nutcase that felt you could choose your gender, you can't chose your sex any more than you can chose your race or true hair color.
