No I own both systems. I do lean towards PS4 though. Maybe don't use such a broad brush because you're a retard that can't figure out a game console.

I would take it back especially if it's within the month, had this problem with a batch of tablets all from the same Best Buy. Had to go though 4 before one was good enough. Had another issue on the original 3DS where the first two I opened had dead pixels, if it's not perfect I wouldn't put up with it.
