He's obviously not that bright and has never been in front of this much media before.

The probing immediately after he was drafted and later asking if he received money was done for one reason - let's try getting him so say something he shouldn't. It's gotcha journalism, and I'm not a fan.

I agree, but this is the internet and the anonymity that it brings causes people to celebrate other individuals' (or a school's in this case) demise.

Well there is no doubt he has been completely railroaded, but let's not absolve him from his role in all of this. He's not some quiet, innocent dumb kid who was manipulated. This dude took money and already had to sit out 7 games due to the car thing.

I don't think you know what "gotcha" journalism is. Asking someone upfront if they took money from their coaches when screenshots of texts pop up alleging to be conversations between you asking for money from your coaches isn't "gotcha" journalism, it's just called journalism.
