Right - they were dangerously close to the line - if she had been 13 and 364 days ERRRBODY would have gone to jail - her folks, the boys folks, every adult working at the school, the school board -ERRRBODY.
Seriously - in Louisiana under 14 is a big, big no-no under any circumstances and I agree with it.
