Stay north of downtown. Either mid-town area or in buckhead.
IDK what days you are going, but we went to the sweetwater brewery tour on a Saturday morning and it was a ton of fun. Packed with people, but the place is huge. Although, her being pregnant that might not be the best idea.
World of Coke is cool, as is the aquarium. Go check out the GT campus or something. Eat at the varsity.
If you have time, I'd tell you to spend a day in Athens. Its only 45 min east, but thats a really cool city. Plenty of bars, shopping, places to eat, breweries, campus of UGA.
