The rise is likely only temporary. Supply is still far outpacing demand and reserves are still crazy high. Any rise more than likely won't last past the Summer which is peak driving/travel season. You'd think Jack Daniel would know this since he is allegedly a crude purchaser but he made one of the dumbest statements about oil and production I have ever read. He can't be very good at his job.
