In about 7 trips in 2016 I'm managed to boat a 18" trout, a 24" red, and a 9" trout. I've literally hooked and lost more fish than I've landed.
This weekend was supposed to be the weekend that I redeem myself at PaddlePalooza. Friday afternoon a tree fell and put a hole in the girlfriend's house, trip cancelled. I'm currently looking into other hobbies.

My 5 saltwater trips this year are as follows...
2 days in Cabo. 2 yellowfin under 20lbs and a mackerel, busted Iphone.
2 days in Costa Rica. 1 grouper. Busted Iphone #2
1 day in Grand Isle. 2 mangroves. Stolen rod and spun prop.
I'm taking up basket weaving. So long OB.
