That's another place that I haven't made it to yet, though I've been by it many times.
I have a few friends in Boulder City. I like going to Coffee Cup then a sidewalk table at Milo's or Jack's. That's a good people watching experience, especially during biker rallies.

Last time I went to the Peppermill a fight between two ladies of the night broke out. Business just went on as usual, no one was phased. Of course it was at about 4am.
