How is it irreplaceable numbnuts? Everything is replaceable in essence.... If what you're saying is true then nobody would ever do work on the monuments in DC, the Statue of Liberty, etc... Those things are in constant construction.

They aren't getting moved with the chance of completely breaking apart. It is irreplaceable because they'd have to use new shite to put it back like it was before it broke numbnuts.

they are very old, their structural supports are unknown, and they were installed in a manner meant to be permanent. yes they work on the Statue of Liberty but they sure as shite don't try to remove it with a crane
this whole deal was slapped together without the proper investigation and engineering to ensure that there is indeed a way to safely remove them. The city dos not spend the money to design the lift and inform the bidders on that design
no crane company (none, zero, nada) is going to hook up to robert e lee until a professional takes responsibility for designing the lift and agrees to share liability
