re: Rules question: Did Strall have to throw a pitch after the rain delay?

IDK if anyone has said exactly what happened, but he came in to a 3-1 count from Smith and after his warm up tosses The umps called the rain delay. When the delay ended, he threw ONE pitch. Blue called it a Ball (but it looked like a Strike). CPM came out and pulled Strall, while having words with the ump all the way to the mound.

The walk did not count against Strall, but Idk how that one pitch was marked.

Ben didnt think he had to face the batter but he may have had to because of the rule that was posted earlier.
