re: Rules question: Did Strall have to throw a pitch after the rain delay?

You're right about the righty/lefty, and that could very well be the real answer for the quick hook. I was just wondering because the question was raised in the game thread about whether or not it had to be Strall, and I don't think it was ever answered.
