While most people forget that Alabama was offsides, most people who do remember that we were offsides forget that had Teague not made the play, Miami could have climbed back into the game. It was only the third quarter. Had they scored there it would have been 27-13. They also had a punt return for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter which, had that Thomas play stood, would have most likely made the score 27-20. You're looking at a whole new ball game at that point.
