well when you said agent, i was thinking insurance agent. if its just land, there's no elevation certificate needed. It's all about house plan slab/bottom floor elevation of what house will be built up to. As long as you're plus 1 BFE, you'll be ok.

It's just land. I saw that it's AE, so yeah if it's +1 BFE its OK.
