Not really. Many organizations don't want or need a lot of draft picks or young players and want to dump the picks anyway.

no one doesn't want 3rd round picks. those are actual NFL players.

if you legit think this. Yes, teams are willing to go insanely risky on 5th round and on picks because they rarely have a chance of being a well rounded starter, but everyone loves cost controlled talent.
