That definitely looks easy enough. I really haven't messed with anything but the frozen kind and they are always heavy and disappointing to me. I think I was picturing an old episode from Uncle Alton on Good Eats where he was talking about letting the batter rise and how to mix it right. I just didn't want to mess with something like that.
